Dear Brian,

I'm a postdoc in Ruedi Aeberold's group. I have the exact same problem as
posted by Andreas in 2009.
Here is the error message I get when I run xinteract from comet search
results:
*unable to read pepxml file: error parsing pepxml file: XML parsing error:
mismatched tag, at xml file line 10931001, column 2*

Do you know how I can fix this problem?

Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Etienne
