Hello, While we have not tested Windows Server 2016 specifically, we have not had any observed or reported instances of this component failing to install. Are you able to check if other components of TPP work? Otherwise, have you tried re-installing and/or rebooting?
We do use the PWiz installation directly as distributed by them, so if all else fails, I would check to see if they are compatible with your system.
