Hi, I would like to do a complete submission of my data to PRIDE however I cannot get idconvert to convert my prot.xml files to mzIdentML. I have prot.xml files outputted from iprophet that I want to convert but get the following error: "[Ion::mz()] m/z with protonDelta=electronDelta is impossible". I noticed that this problem has been brought up for a number of years and doesn't seem to have a fix. Is there anything I can do to get it to work?
