I found old posts in this group regarding difficulties on killing commands (all of them related to Comet searches). On those old posts I found a palliative to force the killing them removing some log files (a kind of scary solution). I would like to find out how to prevent this crash, in my case it is happening systematically with Xtandem, but not with Comet. I am using TPP v5.2.0 Flammagenitus, Build 201903130949-7900 (Windows_NT-x86_64) and attached the xtandem parameter file. Any hint please?
