Hi All, I am trying to search mzML/mzXML files (converted from .wiff files ) in X!tandem but the command fails repeatedly during merging the results (RETURN CODE:65280 and 256). Attached is the param file. The same set of mzml files were searched successfully in Comet. Please help me out.
