Hello, Thanks for your interest in using TPP on a mac. The sourceforge site is supposed to identify your OS and download the correct installer, which is doesnt always work depending on the browser. Pleas download the Mac installer fron the direct link here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/sashimi/files/Trans-Proteomic%20Pipeline%20%28TPP%29/TPP%20v7.1%20%28Albedo%29%20rev%200/TPP-7.1.0-Albedo-macosx.pkg/download
