Hi,

I noticed today that I have a number of BSD-style licenses that contain a one 
word difference in their warranty section as compared to the SPDX templates. 
The difference occurs in the phrase "ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES" where 
as the license list uses "EXPRESS".


These words are not listed in the matching guidelines as being interchangeable. 
One article I read on the subject argues that they do have different meanings 
(http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/writing-for-business/express-expressed/).
 What are your thoughts on dealing with these? Are they effectively equivalent 
licenses or different?


Here is an example of a BSD-2-Clause style license that uses "EXPRESSED":
