The conversion to the new XML format has been completed and pushed to the master branch of the license-list-XML repository.
There were parsing errors in 13 files which required changes. Fixes for 12 of the files are not yet merged into master - they are in pull request #446 <https://github.com/spdx/license-list-XML/pull/446> . Since fixes to the parsing errors may impact formatting, I would like to have the changes reviewed before merging. I update the license list preview website <https://spdx.org/licenses/preview/> with the generated license list files including the fixes for the parsing errors. Please review and log issues or issue pull requests. Until pull request #446 <https://github.com/spdx/license-list-XML/pull/446> is merged, you should avoid making any changes to the 12 files in the PR to avoid merge conflicts.
