The Eclipse Foundation has a couple of projects that use the OpenJDK Assembly Exception. I'd like to add it to the list.
I've created a pull request. https://github.com/spdx/license-list-XML/pull/551 I've selected OpenJDK-Assembly-exception-2.0 based on the pattern that I see with the other identifiers.
