In reading through the notes, I noticed the action on "tool to generate XML".
We have a Google Summer of Code project proposal which includes the generation of the license XML: https://wiki.spdx.org/view/GSOC/GSOC_ProjectIdeas#Add_New_License_Submital_F eature_to_Online_Tools Are there any updates to the project description we should make to cover the requirements of the legal team? Should we add another project idea for a license XML "editor" to edit the XML after submittal?
