I noticed the following issue:
https://spdx.org/licenses/OGC-1.0.html refers in sec. 2 to the following
link:
"Copyright © [$date-of-document] Open Geospatial Consortium, Inc. All
Rights Reserved. http://www. ogc.org/ogc/legal (Hypertext is preferred,
but a textual representation is permitted.)
This link is dead.
Furthermore, the license list provides the following information:
"Other web pages for this license
https://www.ogc.org/ogc/software/1.0 [no longer live]"
In the meanwhile, OGC provides the license text of OGC-1.0 at
https://www.ogc.org/about-ogc/policies/software-licenses/ogc-software-license-1-0/
This license text is different from what is at
https://spdx.org/licenses/OGC-1.0.html, i.e. the URL is changed to
https://www.ogc.org/about-ogc/policies/copyright-notice-and-disclaimers/.
How can we correct that?
