All, It came up in the SPDX 3 implementers meeting that it's desired to have a way to merge SPDX 3 documents; since I fumbled around trying to describe how to do it, I decided it might be a little easier just to give an example, so I created this tool: https://github.com/JPEWdev/spdx3merge
