Thanks all for your advice. Strangely, none of these seemed to be the
direct cause... An eventual uninstall, registry clean and reinstall of
Spectra did the trick.

I know this has been covered time and again, but now I'm REALLY
frustrated!!!!
I am trying to get at the webtop on my notebook Win2kPro/CF Ent
4.51/Spectra 1.01 (usually, I access a separate dev server). I'm
using the standard cfaobjects (Sybase Adaptive Server) and
UserDirectory (Access). I am getting the "repeating login box"
symptom. It was bloody well working yesterday!!!
I've checked Forums, KB and Spectra Talk for solutions and DONE THEM
ALL!!! Reboots, service cycling, deleting and recreating both sc1
and UserDirectory. Their OBBC connections are fine and verify
happily through CF Admin. Still no joy.
Anyone got any ideas? The most outrageous of suggestions will be
taken absolutely seriously at this point...
Waaaah!
