All:

Anyone else out there having issues with Report Gateway wherein the SyncSRG
process doesn't seem to be working quite right? I have a scheduled task that
sync's up to several Global Collections for routers, interfaces etc. While it
seems to put the entries into the models file whenever new devices are
discovered and the RRDs and their associated support files are there, I have
found that when I check the statistical information from the Reporting page for
these devices, it comes with "RRD not found".

However, if I go back and stop sslogger, delete the models file, run syncsrg,
restart sslogger and let a few log files build up and then run SRG, I can see
in the bash window that new models have been found and RRDs created and that
information is now present from the Web page.

We're running 8.1, SP1, H11 on Windows 2003R2, SP2 and SRG 8.1 H12
