Basic debugging of the sort you may get from support: Are you sure you're running off of the primary server where ArchMgr would be running (is the landscape green or yellow?) Check logs: on SS: VNM.OUT, ARCHMGR.OUT, on OC: catalina.out Check commands: $SPECROOT/SS-Tools/MapUpdate -v $ONECLICKROOT/WebApps/bin/osfind $SPECROOT/bin/osfind Check DSS Guide (Doc 2770) to see which ports are required; are any blocked from the OC server? ArchMgr may need 47870/tcp, 56812/tcp open. I'm partial to checking from the command-line vnmsh w/ "show events". And of course, "Have you tried turning it off and on again?"
