Hello,

Have anyone tried using the out-of-the-box integration between spectrum and
Service Desk that comes with spec 9.0?

I found that everythings works nicely except closing a ticket when your
alarm is cleared, checking the SDClearScript in Notifier/sdnotifier I've
noticed that it doesn't really do anything other than the regular
ClearScript, where the SDSetScript calls a NotifyOneClick.exe which creates
a ticket in SD, but has no parameters to close it.

Any ideas?
