We are migrating devices over from Tivoli to Spectrum and in the mean time we are going to be forwarding traps from Tivoli to Spectrum.
We have fields (host name, destination IP address, Source IP address, message, etc..) that are going to be sent the same way every time. We are going to use a MIB but not sure which one and send the specific OID's with the trap information. My question is, can someone give me an idea how to do this? I am not sure what MIB we could use or do we need to create one. I know after we obtain or create a MIB I need to compile it in Spectrum so the trap can be translated into an event.
