Hi Georges, list, in the redundancy window you see the chosen primary address in the upper left. This should be the physical address of the device. If it isn't select the physical in the left field of addresses (or add it here) and click "primary".
Next you should check all addresses in the left box if they should be used as redundancy address if primary address is not accessible for some reason. Spectrum will try to access these addresses in this case. If addresses are missing add them. Now if you get the mentioned alarm you know the primary address is/was not accessible for some reason. Spectrum will switch back to primary address if it's accessible again. If you don't want to get any of these alarms for a specific device disable redundancy and/or redundancy alarms in the "IP Redundancy" section.
