Christian,

We are, and I have been working with the team that manages Grid Control to
integrate traps. We're using the web-based PCause method I sent in to the
DACHSUG group, as well as some fairly simple event rules. I'd be willing to
share what I have, if it's what you are looking for. Most of the work was on
the Grid Control side, in setting up the alarms they wanted to pass forward to
Spectrum. I don't have any knowledge of that side of the equation, because our
DB admins control that app.

Best regards,

Cliff

Subject: [spectrum] Oracle Grid Control

Is anybody using Grid Control and Spectrum and would share information on this?
It doesn't make sense to reinvent the wheel...

I will open a new thread on the Forum side of the Spectrum wiki at
http://www.spectrumehealth.org and share the information with the world on the
wiki when found a solution...

Regards,

Christian Schneider
