Hello all, Got this forwarded from a customer. He recently put an interface in Admin Down status. He is now getting an alarm that says the 'contact status of WA Link Model is in a disabled state'. Anyone know why SPECTRUM is not picking up the correct status of the interface? He's done everything short of deleting and remodeling. Thanks.
