Vincent What version are you using? If 8.1 then best practice is to copy the modelling catalog from the server with the watches to all other servers. Messy.
If 9.0 then it looks much more straightforward. I've not tried it but according to the manual watches can now be distributed to all servers from OneClick. Neat. If anyone has tried this in 9.0 maybe they could confirm that is how it works.
