Hi,

It seems what you want to do is exactly what the "Southbound Gateway" module
has been designed for! ;) Check if you can use it with your license, if it is
the case, the document 5066 will help you a lot.

This module is necessary to model an EventAdmin (for example a 3rd party
server, hp sim for you) under which there are many EventModel (all your
sources), redirecting them based on a varbind of the trap you get into
Spectrum...

I'm forwarding traps from hpsim to spectrum. I get the traps to show up, but
since spectrum reads the IP from the trap and not the tcp/ip header, I would
have to model every server. Anyone know if there is a way to model just the
hpsim server and have all the events and alarms show up under that server?
