You will have to change the settings in the $SPECHOME/Install-Tools/ SRM/boxi.preferences according to your installation... Then instead of clicking the setup you will have to open a bash, change to the above mentioned directory and enter ./silent_boxi_install.sh
This will take quite a while.... (make shure your tomcat is stopped before doing this...
