Hello

for ESX virtual machines using only one NIC a fanout is modelled for the single
NIC
I don't have much experience with that but in my eyes the alarm is set at the
Fanout if all connected VM are down.
We have the following problem now.
Sending an alarm for a fanout will never open a ticket in out ticketing system
(something called ITIL and CIID)
how can I change the environment of Spectrum to set the alarm to all connected
VMs.
in my opinion it would be enough to tell the fanout always to be UP.
then the root cause automatically detects the VMs as down.

Thank you for your attention.

With best regards,
Frank Wagner
