Hi Christian, There is Net-SNMP agent (udp 161) that serves as a proxy for JVM SNMP agent (udp 42000). Both are on the one box, one ip address. I need to monitor some informations from both agent.

I don't think so.. There are 3 different mechanisms to have both or even more agents on one machine but responding over one agent. Solution 1 is a Proxy mechanism Solution 2 is named AgentX (RFC 2741) which is the most common one (the subagent register itself to the master) Solution 3 is SMUX (outdated) like Proxy but need to be aware of Proxy-mechanism therefor I don't use it normally...
