Hi, Can any one provide me guidance for the below:
1. Enable the links between devices. (the live pipes does not show the actual links..how to rectify this) 2. How to read unidentified alerts 3. How to change live links details 4. Change description of Alarm Notification messages 5. Generate reports (like excel format etc) 6. Even after acknowledge of critical events the device status still looks critical.
