Hi, I have configured ClearScript to send an email when a problem or an issue is resolved. Meantime I have SANM configured to send some of our notifications with delay and if an alarm is acknowledged during the delay period, a notification will not go to the users. However when the problem is resolved, ClearScript will send notification no matter what. To make the long story short now my users who never receive "Down" msgs, now they receive 'Up" msgs.
Any body has a solution or has run to this problem?
