Checkout 5160.pdf in Chapter 2.
The <launch-application> element enables you to launch a specified executable
and pass attribute values to that executable.
Example:
<launch-application>
<command>myapp {0}</command>
<param>
<attribute>AttributeID.NETWORK_ADDRESS</attribute>
</param>
