[spectrum] Using Spectrum Configuration Manager for compliance.

I have Spectrum version 8.1.  I also have the Configuration Manager
tool.  Can this be used to monitor the device configuration for
compliance reporting?  Can parameters, and polices be set to evaluate
each device on?  If so, can anyone provide me with steps to
accomplishment this?
