Hi, I have discovered router with router and switch technology in ehealth 6.2 with D03 certification. I want to apply live health policy on Router serial interface so that whenever WAN link or Serial inteface is down or unAvailable I should get Live exception. I had applied WAN link Policy, but inpreview of detail report of monitoring rule it show no rule have applied on element. Then On Router( -RH elements) I applied router / switch policy it show me proper status of router or switch unreachable or Router Down. Help on that what Policy or steps I have to do, get the exception of the serial inteface or WAN link down. Thanks In Advance Palkesh Jain
