Hi,

I'm using Spectrum 9.1.2.010 and having an issue with Network Configuration

Manager. I have some Cisco devices modeled in Spectrum and they are put in

Cisco IOS device family. When I try to capture device configuration it fails

with different error messages (like 'The operation on the device failed.
Either the transfer file name/path is invalid or there is no permission to

access the file',...). For TFTP server I'm using tftpserv.exe from Spectrum

8.1. Transfer method is via SNMP/TFTP. Devices are modeled with SNMP write

community, TFTP path is set ok...

When I try to download the configuration, the file is created on the hard
disk (example - SCM_0x10011f) but it's size is 0 KB. Spectrum can't write
into it. I've tried to change file and folder preferences but nothing helped.

I've also tried to use another TFTP server and still nothing. Weird thing is

that it worked fine for a while and then it stopped.

It must be something with Spectrum
(not) being able to create&open the file and write into it.

I've searched the KB but I haven't found anything.

Srdačan pozdrav / Kind regards,
