If you set the FlashGreen to be 'true,' then models that had a previous alarm condition that automatically cleared will flash green, instead of a steady-state green. This used to be enabled by default, now it is disabled by default. If you want to have your icons flash green for these instances, you would change the setting to 'true.' If I remember, this attribute is true, if an alarm occurs on the model and was cleared. I think the attribute should be set to true, if a alarm is cleared.
