SNMP read / write is required to use Spectrum SPM to create the tests.
It performs an SNMP Write to create the test each time it is run so you will
need to set the string to a Write one.
If you can create the test on the devices itself - for example on a Cisco
SAA enabled device - then you can discover the test, however the naming
conventions used in discovering a created test are not that helpful.
