You can download it from CA's ftp server. ftp.ca.com<ftp://ftp.ca.com>.
Login as anonymous and Password as your email address.
Then cd to /pub/CA-SPECTRUM/Updates/Non-GA directory. In there you'll see all
PTFs and Hotfixes including H12.
