We get some traps from devices about their interfaces. These traps contain a
variable with the ifIndex, but it's not called ifIndex, so Spectrum doesn't
recognize this as an interface trap. We're using a pair of correlations in
CCE to generate events on the correct interface model instead of the device
model. This was based on the "PVCL failure" behavior that shipped with the
CCE.

In 9.2 there are a lot more built-in correlations that look useful - when a
device goes down, suppress all its neighbors' BGP state change alarms;
suppress various logical failures in favor of physical ones; etc.
