We have a request to deploy a Spectrum 9.2 - Red Hat 5.4 ES - primary / secondary SS pair into isolated segments that require no clear text traffic outside of those isolated segments. We also cannot store any information about those isolated segments outside of those networks so SDC's & SRM is out of the question. Our DSS, Spectrum 9.2 environment is already running outside of these networks and thus we need to connect up several Spectrum resources back into this primary / secondary SS pair. OC clients will connect to the OC consoles using SSL, but we need IPSEC tunnels between the OC, SANM, and MLS and these SS.

Can anybody share their communications setup (or point me to documentation) that will assist our Linux & Windows Admin's to set these connections up for testing? I'm getting the I don't know how to do that response at this point. It's not by area of responsibility, but believe this is not that difficult a task.
Look in the 'Distributed SpectroServer Admin guide', chapter 3 is all about communication between Spectrum's components across firewalls with very detailed information about the communication ports and pretty diagrams.
