You could use AlarmNotifier and SANM, and just pass "Initial" alarms. I.e.
when a device is created, it goes to 'initial' first. On the 'set,' it would
trigger the SetScript to launch. You could tweak the SetScript to your liking.

Subject: [spectrum] Running Script based on event

Hello everybody,

Does anyone of you has an idea of running a script triggered by the occurence
of a specific event (for example event 0x10201 - new model created)?

Thanks in advance.
