Subject: [spectrum] SNMP Trap Port Change

In preparation to migration to Spectrum 9.2, I'm trying to get
SpectroSERVER v8.1 to listen for SNMP traps on port 163 rather than the
standard port 162.

I've updated .vnmrc to include this line:

snmp_trap_port=163

Restarted SpectroSERVER

SpectroSERVER is still listening on port 162, rather than 163.

What else do I need to do to get port changed?
