What’s the connectivity between you and your customer. Is it a VPN?

Hi gurus,

I've got Spectrum 9.2 H02 installed at my customer on 3 Windows 2003 
servers(SS, OC&RM, CABI). Single sign-on is enabled via EEM. EEM locally stores 
users, it doesn't use LDAP or AD or similar.
I've got a problem with OneClick console. Usually I useRemote Desktop 
Connection to reach OC console. After I open OC console and use it, I keep it 
open, I don't close it. I've noticed that sometimes, after Ilogin to server 
again via RDC, OC displays 'Fatal Error':
Authorization failed. Ensure the user name and password are valid. I can 
justclick Ok and after that OC console is closed.

We're planning to setup something like NOC portal on one PC, with around 10 
windows (few topology windows, few alarm console windows,...) so OC console 
should be up&running 24/7. With this Fatal error this is impossible, OCconsole 
will crash every once and a while and I will have to setup 'portal'from the 
scratch.

OneClick Client Inactivity under Administration is set to all zeroes.

I've noticed this line in stdout.log:
PM - Error: CA Spectrum user model not found for user .

Do you have some advice?
