Hi,
You need to set ‘Allow Users to Login if No Corresponding LDAP User Found’ for each user to ‘Yes’. This will allow the user to login even if the EEM/LDAP repository is not available. What they are saying makes sense. You should consider a secondary EEM sever to pick-up the authentication if the primary goes down. It can support that. I've enabled single sign-on using EEM with locallystored users in EEM db. It all works fine, users are authenticated in EEM and allowed (or not) to login to Spectrum and eHealth. I've performed some testing to see if a user can login to Spectrum when EEMis not available. And it can't... Even Spectrum install user can't login. Is there a way to enable users to login to Spectrum when EEM is down usingcredentials stored in Spectrum database? It can happen that everybody end up not being able to login to Spectrum if EEM goes down. EEM is installed ona server which doesn't have any Spectrum components installed. I've opened an enhancement request with CA as they say it's a normal behavior not to be able to login to Spectrum when EEM goes down. Do you maybe have some advice? Thanks!
