Hi, it means the Spectroserver can't write the events to the ArchMgr and is storing it locally in the SSdb. Check your ArchMgr, (re-)start it and the locally stored events are written to the ArchMgr. The message itself is sort of bogus as far as I know - Spectrum was changed at some point, so that the events are not overflowing anymore (maybe the mentioned queue is, but no events are lost.) Nevertheless you should fix that as soon as possible.
