Hi gurus, I'm using Spectrum 9.2 H03 and have an issue regarding Network Configuration Manager and device families. I have 3 Cisco devices which Spectrum put into Cisco IOS family. That's wrong because these devices meet the requirements to put them into Cisco IOS - SSH capable family. Devices have IOS versions above 12.2(18) and K9 in IOS names. From documentation this should do the trick but it doesn't. We are using SSHv2 to connect to devices and SCP is also configured. Customer has a tool which collects device configurations periodically using SCP. I've reevaluated device families and it didn't help. My question is what's wrong here? Do you maybe have any advice?
Thanks! Srdačan pozdrav / Kind regards, ___________________ Omar Izetbegović Sedam IT d.o.o.
