We are also interested in Citrix monitoring and are evaluating Netqos. So far we have two issues with Netqos. It does not included layer 7 inspection, critical to try ICA performance evaluation. Also netqos doesn't offer a Xenserver collector, just vmware. Our data center is fully virtualized. Without seeing inter-server communications, we don't have an end-to-end view.
