Hello list, as stated in the subject of this e-mail.
I have a Windows 2K3 box with Spectrum r9.1 since last year, last week I upgraded Spectrum to r9.2 H03, and the upgrade was succesful in both occasions (upgrade to r9.2 and application of H03) I start Spectrum from SCP and everything looks fine, but when I try to open OC through the webpage it shows the following error: "JAR resources in JNLP file are not signed by same certificate" and the console won't open. I found an article in CA knowledge base, (TEC516030) and applied the corrective action, and still the error appears and I'm not able to open OC. on a strange note: If I remove the .jar files in the path "SPECROOT\Webapps\tomcat\webapps\spectrum\lib\contrib" the console opens but I can't see the topology tab, and all the menus and subviews show the prefix "aprisma.spectrum.java....." something like that have any of you guys saw this error, and know how to fix it? regards, -- Eng.
