It seems obvious, but you have mention the procedure in SpectrumWiki. Here it's said to download modelingGateway from ftp. As you are running 9.2, you don't need to download anything. Modeling Gateway is included in your Spectrum installation
Also, I had problems when the importing SS had different license type than the exporting SS. James.
