Hi Subhash,

Are you able to see the test's results in OneClick Console? (selecting the
Jitter Test and Performance Tab in the Detail Pannel).

Try to configure other simpler tests (ICMP) an see if you can generate the
report.

Have a look at the OneClick log $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/stdout.log (maybe
different depending on you OS and Spectrum version). You should have lines
similar to this:
Mar 13, 2011 12:30:00 AM (SRM/spmBasicResultsArchiverTask) (SRMArchiverLog)
- (INFO) - SPM Basic Results threshold data archiver task started
Mar 13, 2011 1:00:00 AM (SRM/spmHttpFullResultsArchiverTask)
(SRMArchiverLog) - (INFO) - SPM HTTP Full Results threshold data archiver
task started
Mar 13, 2011 1:30:00 AM (SRM/spmJitterResultsArchiverTask) (SRMArchiverLog)
- (INFO) - SPM Jitter Results threshold data archiver task started
Mar 13, 2011 2:00:00 AM (SRM/srmAlarmActivityArchiverTask) (SRMArchiverLog)
- (INFO) - SRM Alarm Activity threshold data archiver task started

Other thing you can check is the Admin Tool page in the Report Manager.
Select the
"Archive Expert" option and check if SRM tables are uptodate. If not, I
usually solve this issue restarting Tomcat and/or unchecking and checking
back the monitoring/Event Processing check box in Spectrum Status option
(also in the Report Manager's Admin Tool page)

I hope it helps.
Regards.
James.
