Hi, You can use SPM (Service Performance Manager) to do this. SPM allows you to create several kinds of tests to measure quality and latency. This test include ICMP, HTTP, TCP/UDP, Jitter and so on. Tests run on sensors. You can use you own SpectroServer, Cisco devices, sysEdge systems and some Juniper and other manufactures network devices.
