Hello, for eMail you have to add the eMail Server into the JobServer via the Business Objects Administration (CMC). There go to "Server" and choose the JobServer. I don't know the exact name of the JobServer any more and yes I know, there are more than one. I think it was the "CrystalReportsJobServer", but I am not sure. There you have to add a new Destination. Just choose "Destination" on the left and add the eMail Server.
