Hi,

I've never seen that, but try to select a Cisco device, right-click and
select "Reconfiguration -> Reevaluate NCM Device Family". In any case, I
don't think this will solve your problem but it's quick to try.

It seems something regarding your SSdb. Have you upgrade your Spectrum? Have
you restore an old SSdb?

If it's a new upgrade, are you sure your license include Network
Configuration Manager? Check
$SPECROOT/Install-Tools/LOGS/last_installed_patch/summary.time. In this
file, there should be a line for "Network Configuration Manager".

Configuration Families are modes in SSdb. You can try to save you db,
restore legacy db and load only your models:
SSdbsave -cm /tmp/mydb.SSdb
SSdbload -il $SPECROOT/SS/legacy.SSdb
SSdbload -m /tmp/mydb.SSdb

Be careful. If you don't know how to work with backups you can miss your
database!!! With this method you'll loose your watches and custom Model
Types.

Regards.
James.
