Hi , First check with mail admin if they might be change SMTP server.If yes then follow below mention steps.
1. check whether mail server IP got change 2. search old IP in registry of Spectro server & replaced with the new one. 3. from one click edit email notification save & click on load from Evformate configuration, also reconfigure from VNM. 4. on eHealth change from my computer-properties-advance-environment variable.
